July 14th 2021 The game that made me wholesome

I still remember the day my dad came home and bring me this gaming station. It was 20:00 in the summer of 2010. My dad was often away since he worked in the city and he would usually come home with toys. Almost like Santa Claus. That night was the first time I had received an actual gaming console!

It was the 1999 edition of playstation 2. Unfortunately, my dad has no idea about gaming and he had forgotten to buy us, me and my brother, a memory card. Therefore, we had no way of saving a game and had to re-do a game over and over again.

One of my favorite game to play at the time was Pacman Fever. The reason for this is that this was the only game that me and my brother could play simultaneously. Although, as most siblings do, we were almost always fighting each other physically, this was the only game that could get those agression out of us and turned it into something more wholesome and less VIOLENT.

I was and still, completely in love with the psychedelic lights that the game has to offer. Being a child, it was so much easier to engross yourself into a game and felt as if you are inside that game. I probably wouldn't have the same feeling as I do now if I were to play this game again. But nevertheless if a opportunity comes for me to grab a copy of this game I would play it again with my brother.

  1. That's awesome! I have played Pac-Man Fever! And I had a playstation 2 way back when as well. It is great to see that you could play with your brother and get along with a fun and decent game!
