June 28 2021 My favorite food!

 Hello everyone, I am writing this blog post right now just after murdering a whole thai beef stew bento set. So I would say it's a very bad timing right now for me to think about eating food or even thinking about food in general ha ha ha!

Buttt as we all know we have two stomachs, one for the main dish and two for the desserts!! 

In my case, I am CRAVING for Tart aux Pralines

This tart originates in Lyon, France. Suprisingly, even big cities like Paris do not carry this tart. It seems like it's made to be only found in Lyon. Although, the recipe is not that difficult, finding the ingredients such as the pralines is quite hard in Japan. 


I think what makes this dessert even more memorable for me is that I had shared this memory with one of my then-boyfriend. It was such a beautiful romantic moment in my life and although I couldn't share this tart with him, I could still enjoy it on my own.

Though I've never hear of this dessert before, I praise all kinds of tarts and my taste buds are thriving as I write my comment! Indeed, Tart aux Pralines sounds and looks very romantic - I wish I could taste just a piece to share your memories...
